In this bachelor's pad, our goal was to make this space vibrant with pops of royal blues and a play on different textures and finishes. In this newly constructed high rise I wanted the New York city view as an inspiration but also an accent to the space. Using products from various companies like West Elm and Ikea, incorporating smart storage to the space and a combination of my clients amazing art collection from his travels. I was able to meet my goal of creating a NYC vibe as well as fulfilling my clients need for a relaxing and inspiring environment.

My client wanted to feel inspired again and felt his apartment lacked that home feelings. I suggested we add some accessories with a neutral color palette and some print as an added contrast. I made a wall pattern of black and white in the living room to help tone down the pre existing orange wall. In the end, the apartment felt warm and inviting which in turn made my client fall in love with his apartment again.
Eastern Parkway — Brooklyn, New York
My client loves to entertain and wanted her living room and kitchen refreshed. I presented a monochromatic color scheme which incorporated different textures and prints into the space. Adding a few antique items and making the main color a light tone gave the illusion of a bigger room. With the kitchen; again keeping the colors neutral but having grey as the main component for the walls. A custom made bar, stainless steel appliances and brushed chrome hardware gave the kitchen a modern twist. And last but not least, adding a chalkboard wall leading into the kitchen which became a great conversation starter. As a result of these changes made my clients space more inviting and maximized her space for entertaining.
